Dear Customer,
When it comes to your cruise-shopping experience, how do you define "happiness"?
Does it mean paying the lowest possible price for your sailing without sacrificing a shred of quality – and having both your price and your satisfaction fully guaranteed? Perhaps it's 24/7 access to an expert (or hundreds of them, in fact, each one professionally certified and steeped in product knowledge) that matters most of all. Or maybe you'll require something more personalized and more specific – a special arrangement that needs making, say, or a one-of-a-kind benefit that rewards and acknowledges your repeat business – before you're truly happy. Maybe it's all of the above.
We place special emphasis on our service and expertise, and we're continually looking for new opportunities to expand and enhance both in order to better serve you. We're grateful and inspired whenever our customers and colleagues let us know that we're succeeding, and we hope you'll spare a moment to learn more about everything we have to offer and all of the ways in which we're working hard to put a smile on your face.
Sincerely,
Brad Tolkin & Jeff Tolkin

Overview
Disney Cruise Line offers guests a cruising experience as fun and exciting as a Disney theme park resort vacation. From the hearts and minds of Disney's dreammakers come the most imaginative vessels afloat -- the 83,000-ton, 2,400-guest Disney Magic and her sister ship, the Disney Wonder.

Though family-oriented in design, these ships cater to adults just as much as they amuse kids. The first cruise line owned and operated by the legendary Walt Disney Company, Disney Cruise Line created two innovative ships with facilities and amenities specifically designed to appeal to the unique vacation needs of adults, families, teens, and children alike.

Adult-Only Activities
While the kids are playing, adults can enjoy a wide range of onboard amenities, activities, and areas reserved exclusively for them. Disney Cruise Line offers dancing, cocktails, live music, comedy shows, and many more popular entertainment options sought by adult cruisers.

Areas reserved exclusively for adults include the Quiet Cove pool and the Vista Spa and Salon, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a full range of spa treatments. An adults-only mile-long beach -- aptly named Serenity Bay -- is located on Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.

An entertainment center is available on both ships: Beat Street on the Disney Magic, and Route 66 on the Disney Wonder. WaveBands, onboard the Disney Wonder, is the perfect place to dance to live pop music spanning from the 1950s through the 1990s. The Disney Wonder's rockin' dueling piano club, Barrel of Laughs, allows guests to pick their favorite tunes and join in the sing-along and ivory-tickling antics. Disney Magic's jazz club, Sessions, offers adults a comfortable, sophisticated, and romantic setting. In addition to Disney Cruise's three main restaurants, both ships feature the adults-only Palo, an elegant and romantic dining alternative featuring Northern Italian cuisine. Reservations are required.

Children's Programs
A variety of age-specific programs are available for children, including Mouseketeer Training at Disney's Oceaneer Club (ages 3 and 4), Gases in Action at Disney's Oceaneer Lab (ages 5 to 7), Regatta Races (ages 8 and 9), and Science Sorcery (ages 10 to 12).

Scuttle's Cove on Castaway Cay is dedicated to children's activities. Parents can relax on the beach all day while the kids enjoy nonstop supervised fun.

Teens
To accommodate the growing number of teen cruisers, Disney offers guests a private getaway exclusively for guests between the ages of 13 and 17. Common Grounds, located on Disney Wonder, and The Stack, located on Disney Magic, provide teens with a place to hang out, dance, and meet peers from around the globe. Both locations feature computers, magazines, a large-screen TV, music-listening stations, and board games in a casual setting. At Castaway Cay, young guests can find challenges and adventure on The Wild Side, a unique excursion that takes teens on an island-wide trek.

Castaway Cay
Every Disney cruise includes a special visit to Disney's very own private island. The 1,000-acre Castaway Cay, featuring white-sand beaches and activities for every member of the family, is located in the Bahamas and exists exclusively for the use of Disney Cruise Line guests. The ship docks right at the island, allowing guests to walk directly ashore.

Separate beaches are available for teens, families, and kids. Secluded Serenity Bay is reserved exclusively for adults. A wide range of fun-filled activities is available to guests both young and old, including swimming, snorkeling, sailing, and sea kayaking. Bicycle rentals, snorkel equipment rentals, parasailing, and banana boat rides are also offered.

Dress Code
The dress code onboard is similar to the recommended dress code at the Disney theme parks. During the summer months, shorts, slacks, sundresses, and jeans are recommended. During winter months, a light jacket, sweater, and socks may be necessary.

Shorts, T-shirts, and jeans are not recommended in any of the dining rooms or in public areas during the evening. Jackets are recommended for men and dresses or pantsuits are recommended for women at Palo on both ships, Lumiere's onboard the Disney Magic, and Triton's onboard the Disney Wonder. Guests on seven-night cruises tend to bring dressier attire for use on select nights.
