CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED THEIR CRUISE SHOULD REVISIT THIS PAGE AND SUBMIT THEIR INFORMATION WITHIN 60 (SIXTY) DAYS FROM THE DATE WHEN THEY RETURN FROM THEIR SAILING.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you submit the form, you must also provide proof/a folio detailing your onboard expenses via mail (photocopies are acceptable and submissions will not be returned to sender). Please mail proof/folio to: "Onboard Reimbursement Department, c/o World Travel Holdings, 100 Fordham Road, Building C – 2nd Floor, Wilmington, MA 01887". You may instead submit this information by emailing a scanned copy to: CustomerRelationsAdmin@wth.com or you may fax it to 617-437-6199 / "Attn: Onboard Spending Reimbursement".
The information you're submitting is being sent to our accounting department for processing. Once your information has been received and verified, we will credit your reimbursement amount to the credit card originally used for purchase approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the time your information was submitted.
