Spending offer is valid only for new individual bookings made by telephone starting on 10/15/07 for
all staterooms aboard select Holland America Line sailings departing between 3/8/08 and 12/1/08; not
all dates in this range qualify. Amount varies by sailing: receive $50 or $100 in onboard spending per
stateroom. Guests booking single-occupancy staterooms paying 200% of the advertised rate are eligible.
Onboard spending is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be used in the casino or for gratuities,
and may not be redeemed for cash; unused portions will become void after cruise is complete. Offer is
subject to availability, capacity-controlled, limited by the cruise line, and may be changed or withdrawn
at any time without notice.
A daily fuel supplement of $9 per person for the first two guests per stateroom (and
$4 per person for any additional guests per stateroom) applies to all Holland America
