CruisesOnly reserves the right to reject submissions that fail to meet our criteria. It is at our sole discretion to publish or reject each review submitted, remove a previously published review, or alter our criteria for publishing at any time without prior notice. OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless of where they live), members of households of CruisesOnly/World Travel Holdings, Inc. ("sponsor"), cruise line operators, tour wholesalers, travel agents, The Marketing Agency, LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting, publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

METHOD OF ENTRY: Within 90 days of having taken a cruise, as determined by the departure date of said cruise, entrants must go to CruisesOnly.com, locate the ship on which they cruised, click on the "Ship Review" tab, post comments about their cruise, and submit all requested registration information. You will receive one entry into the drawing period corresponding to the date of your submission. Maximum one entry per person or email address, per cruise taken. It is the entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email address current. Sweepstakes is only available via the Internet to those entrants who are the authorized user of an email address. "Authorized user" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. You may also enter the sweepstakes by mail. To enter by mail, please send a self-addressed, stamped, #10 business envelope to "Cruise Reviews Sweepstakes," c/o CruisesOnly/World Travel Holdings, Inc., 1415 NW 62nd St., #205, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 (ATTN: Willie Fernandez). No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize. Sponsor will review all submissions and reserves the right not to publish any comments that it deems, in its sole and subjective judgment, to be in poor taste or in violation of the stated policy ("review guidelines") for publishing cruise reviews. Comments that are not posted will not receive an entry.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be six bi-monthly prize drawings between 2/28/2010 and 2/28/2011. Entries that are awarded will be valid for one drawing period only and will not be eligible for subsequent drawings. Winners will be chosen in random drawings approximately 10 days after the close of a drawing period from all entries received and not previously awarded. Potential winners will be notified within five days of selection via email (or via other method, based on method of entry and at the sponsor's sole discretion). If a potential winner does not respond to an email notice within five days confirming his/her contact information and agreeing to accept the prize, it will be understood by the sponsor that the prize has been definitively declined for all time and another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Unclaimed entries will not be eligible for future drawings. All potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within three business days of the date of notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, and any and all identifying characteristics for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes including posting to the sponsor's websites in perpetuity. All comments/entries collected become the property of the sponsor and none will be acknowledged. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you purchase a cruise or enter the sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to sponsor's Privacy Policy.

PRIZE VALUE: A refund of the price paid for two for the cruise that was the subject of the winning entry will be paid in the form of a CruisesOnly purchase "prize voucher," up to a maximum of $3,000. Prize voucher value will only include the actual cost of the cruise for two that was taken by the winner and will not include air transportation, government fees, taxes, port charges, or any other costs and charges that a passenger may have incurred. Winner will be asked to provide proof of departure date and cost of the cruise to the satisfaction of the sponsor, whose decision concerning the validity of said proof will be final. Prize voucher cannot be used as payment for a cruise that was booked prior to winning. New cruise purchase must be made within one year of the date of award. Prize vouchers are non-assignable and non-transferable. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be allowed. All taxes are the winner's responsibility. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to each prize winner in the amount of the value of the prize, up to $3,000, for tax year 2010 or 2011, depending on when the prize is awarded.

GENERAL: Sweepstakes administration and winner selection/verification will be conducted by The Marketing Agency, LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and legally binding. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these official rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries. Additional liability restrictions apply. Lauderdale, FL 33306. List will be available on or about 2/28/2011. Requests must be postmarked by 2/15/2011 and received by 2/22/2011. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests allowed; only one request per mailing envelope. You cannot enter the sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.
